The timer is how you earn your fees as a freelance Virtual Assistant through Time etc. It allows you to to easily record the time you have spent on a task and is used to calculate the total fee payable for your work on the task.
Step by Step Example:
- Task: Top 10 Dogs that Malt
- Start your timer
- Start your research and provide your research in an easy to read format to your client (e.g. Table, Spreadsheet, List etc.)
- Log your time
- Repeat this process if you are completing the task sporadically throughout the day (Start Timer - Start Research - Log Time - Update Your Client)
- Check your client is satisfied with the quality of the work
- Check that the time logged on the task is correct
- Complete Task
