Sickness happens to us all! As a freelance Virtual Assistant sickness can impact your client relationships so it's recommend to inform your clients as soon as possible if you are unable to work due to sickness.
Part of the service we provide to you and your clients means you can also notify us if you're unable to work when sick, and we can contact your clients on your behalf to let them know.
We recommend following these steps if you're sick:
- Get in touch with us
- Let us know how long you think you are going to be out of action
- Identify any tasks your absence will affect
- Contact your clients
- Let your clients know that you're unable to work due to sickness. If they have any queries, feel free to ask them to email happiness@timeetc.com
When you're better please let us know so we can return your status to "Available" on the platform. (Otherwise you will not receive any tasks).
