If the time comes that you choose to stop offering your services as a freelance Virtual Assistant through Time etc, we want to make it a smooth transition for both yourself and your clients.
Once you let us know you wish to stop offering your services through Time etc we'll ask you to fill out a form to confirm the start of the notice period that you are required to give us in our agreement together.
Who will notify my clients?
We will take care of this for you. We'll contact your clients and let them know of your decision to stop offering your services through Time etc and when your scheduled last day will be.

So that it's possible for you to fully cease offering your services through Time etc, it is essential that the 'My Clients' area in the portal is as up to date as possible with information you hold for the client as we will use this to form part of the handover.
Handover
Once a new virtual assistant has been selected to provide replacement services to your clients, you will be copied into an email to them so you can answer any questions they have and arrange a handover call if necessary.
