New clients can choose to get started in one of two ways:


1. They can opt to make use of our free trial offer (see here

2. They can sign up to a membership plan and choose to be hand matched to a freelance Virtual Assistant based on the long term support they need. 


Clients choosing option 2 will receive a telephone consultation with an Time etc to discuss in detail the support they need and the factors which are important to them in a freelance Virtual Assistant. 


We will then shortlist a small number of freelance Virtual Assistants (no more than 10) to send the opportunity to.   If you have been shortlisted by us you will receive an email containing information on what the client needs help with and the minimum number of hours they purchase per month. 


Putting yourself forward

If you'd like to put yourself forward for the opportunity the following will happen: 


1. You will be asked why you feel you're a good fit for the opportunity. Please make your response specific to the opportunity and do not use your professional profile (The client will be able to view the reasons you feel you're a good fit, along with your availability, top 5 skills and professional profile)

2. You will be called by an member of the Time etc team within 24 hours to talk through the opportunity in more detail; please be prepared for this call (this call will come from a UK telephone number).

3. Following your call with us, we may put you forward to the client. 

4. The client can choose a freelance Virtual Assistant assistant based on the information we provide them with or they can choose to have a call with each freelance Virtual Assistant we've suggested. 


**Please note that although these opportunities are sent to a maximum of 10 freelance virtual assistants, only the first three freelance virtual assistants who put themselves forward for the role will be called and put forward to the client. 


Telephone call with client

If the client decides to speak with a number of freelance Virtual Assistant assistants before making a decision you will be invited to call the client on a set date in either the AM or the PM.


To win the client, we recommend:

- You understand the support the client needs and why you'd be a good fit.  

- Find the client on LinkedIn.

- If you feel you need extra information prior to your call then contact us and we'll assist you. 


What happens next?

Once the client has made their decision you will be contacted to let you know if you have been successful.


Successful

- You will be invited for a set up call with the client. Please acknowledge the task and confirm the call. 


Unsuccessful

- Please don't be disheartened. The fact that you were shortlisted from hundreds of freelance Virtual Assistants for the opportunity proves your skills are in high demand and you will be considered for similar upcoming opportunities.
