If you are only going to be temporarily unavailable due to holidays/vacations then you can simply go here
If your long term weekly availability is going to change then this must be altered and communicated to us.
Firstly, you need to change your availability by going to your 'Let Time etc and your clients know what days you work' section in your profile and then ticking the relevant times and days of availability, which is shown below:
Simply choose the relevant days and times of availability using the tick boxes and dropdowns.
How do I communicate this to the Time etc team?
If you have a change in availability due to a part-time job for example or just a general reduction in availability then you must communicate this to us via help and support as soon as possible.
Simply send a message to help and support with the following information:
- What days and hours you will be available moving forward
- When will this change take place
- Which clients are you currently providing on going support to
Once you tell us this then we can take you through the next steps.
