- Proactive suggestions can work well outlining ways you can support them 'I notice your blog hasn't been updated for a while, would you like me to write a post for you? Here are some  suggested titles which fit with previous posts....'


We recommend calling the client:

- If you have their number then try giving them a call. 

- For best results you could plan a structured conversation before you speak with them and allow them an opportunity to delegate easily to you over the phone. 


If you still haven't heard back from your client a then we recommend following up repeatedly.
