Clients have a wallet that contains pre-purchased credit that they can use to pay for your services.  

When you see this warning it means that your client is running low on funds - and we recommend that you considering pausing your work at this stage.


We take care of alerting the client by email that they are about to run out of pre-purchased funds.

Here are some steps we recommend following when you see that your client is out of funds:


Trial Client recommendations:

  • Try sending the client everything you have been able to achieve in the time you had
  • If the task isn't complete, we recommend that you advise how much longer will be needed to finish
  • We'll let you know by email if they buy a plan and become a member

  • We recommend telling the client that you've stopped work because they are out of funds
